1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and seri33 ("Platform", "We") regarding the use of the seri33.vin website and all services offered through it. These Terms take effect as soon as you access, register, or use any part of the seri33 platform.

By continuing to use this platform, you explicitly and voluntarily consent to comply with all provisions contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

3User Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you are aware of it — is your responsibility.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the seri33 support team immediately via live chat or email. seri33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or given to another party.
• Each account may only be used by the registered owner.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Seri33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp — please be alert to phishing attempts.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the seri33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and various other local e-wallet options.

Deposit: Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after the transaction is approved. seri33 does not charge any fees for deposit processing; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the chosen method and bank operating hours. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• KYC identity verification has been successfully completed.
• The wagering requirements for all bonuses received have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount has been met in accordance with the set limits.

• Loss of funds or opportunities resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game suppliers.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

Seri33's total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10Account Termination

You may close your seri33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned to you.

Seri33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
